General
  • All our merchandise is officially sourced unless otherwise stated. We obtain our products from various sources, including official websites, suppliers, yangdo/bunjang, and more.
  • The prices listed in our shop are always all-inclusive, covering the item price, international shipping, and miscellaneous fees.
  • Local shipping fees and packaging costs are settled when your order is ready for shipment. For comprehensive details, please consult the shipping section.
  • Updates are shared when there is significant progress in a specific group order (GO). You can stay updated by referring to #KStop_Update or checking the masterlist to ensure you don’t miss any crucial updates.
  • If you require further information about “lapags,” it can be found in our tweets or the terms and conditions. Should you have any additional questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out via DM.
  • It’s important to note that placing an order with us implies your full agreement and compliance with our terms and conditions. Therefore, kindly complete the order form only if you are absolutely certain about your choices and can make payment on or before the specified DOP.
Placing an Order
  • Similar to our general policy, placing an order signifies your complete agreement and compliance with our terms and conditions. Thus, please proceed with the order form only if you are 100% certain about your selections and can complete payment before the stipulated DOP.
  • In the event of any changes to your username, please notify us promptly.
Payment, Late Fees, and Cancellation
Cancellations
  • Cancellations are strictly not permitted once an order is placed.
  • If you are unable to proceed with your order, you may seek someone to take over your slot and pay for your item or opt to pay the 30% cancellation fee based on your total order amount.
  • If you have a “pasalo,” please inform us immediately so that we can update the masterlist accordingly.
Payments
  • Always remember to check your email for the Order Confirmation (OC), which contains your Order ID and Amount Due, before making any payments.
  • Our payment details can be found in the masterlist and the order confirmation email.
  • We kindly request that payments be made exclusively through the provided modes of payment by K-Stop Shopp (UnionBank, GCash, or BUX) for the purpose of efficient tracking and confirmation of payments.
  • It is imperative that payments be made on or before the specified payment deadline.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless the item is out of stock or an issue arises with the parcel involving our shop.
Payment Schemes
  • In the case of On-Hand Items, payments should be made promptly or within 3 days upon receipt of the OC.
 Late Fees and Non-Payment
  • Failure to meet the payment deadline will result in a late fee of ₱50 per day until the balance is settled.
  • A grace period of 14 days is provided per deadline for you to pay your balance along with the late fee.
  • Any buyer who fails to make payment within the grace period will be designated as a bogus buyer and blacklisted from our shop.
 Proof of Payment
  • To ensure that your payment is duly acknowledged, it is essential to submit proof of payment through the payment form.
  • Please be aware that failure to provide proof of payment will result in non-acknowledgment, which in turn will result in no shipment.
Shipping and Packaging Fee
Shipping
  • Rush shipments are not available. Our official Shipping Schedule is restricted to Saturdays and Sundays.
  • The order in which shipments are dispatched is determined by the submission of the shipping form.
  • We offer three standard delivery modes: J&T, SCO, and SDD. However, if you have a preferred courier, please inform us accordingly.
  • Priority is accorded to same-day deliveries (SDD).
  • Tracking numbers will be updated in the masterlist once they become available.
  • In case you have multiple orders, please inform us if you wish to consolidate your items.
  • Prior to shipping, we will provide you with photographs showcasing all of your items and notify you of any damages, if applicable.
  • You have until the Friday before the scheduled ship-out to inform us whether your order is complete or if any items are missing.
Shipping and Packaging Fee
  • Once items are on hand and ready for shipment, you may complete the shipping form and make the required payment for shipping and packaging.
  • Shipping rates may fluctuate based on the size or weight of the total order and the buyer’s location.
  • Additional shipping fees may be requested if the combined size or weight of the items exceeds the estimated amount.
  • Buyers are expected to cover the standard packaging costs in line with their items.
  • Opting for additional packaging to ensure the security of your items during shipment is always at your discretion.
 Return/Refund and Lost/Damaged Items
  • It is imperative to understand that our policy strictly prohibits returns, refunds, or exchanges, with specific exceptions in unique cases.
  • Refunds are only granted in cases where items are out of stock or securing them is unsuccessful.
  • In situations where the shop is at fault, an unedited unboxing video is mandatory when filing a claim regarding the condition of items upon their arrival.
  • The unboxing video should be uploaded to Google Drive, and the video link should be forwarded to the shop.
  • Claims submitted without an unedited unboxing video will be considered void.
 Lost/Damaged Parcels
  • The shop cannot be held accountable for delays, losses, or damages incurred during the shipping process, whether by local or international couriers.
  • Rest assured that we take utmost care in packaging your orders securely on our end.
  • Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

  • The shop reserves the right to accept or decline any order at any time and for any reason.
