K-STOP SHOP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL
  • All merch are official unless stated otherwise. Although, the source of our merch varies (i.e. official sites, suppliers, yangdo/bunjang, etc.).
  • Prices posted in the shop are ALWAYS all in (item price + international shipping + miscellaneous fees).
  • Local shipping fee and packaging fees are paid once your order is onhand and is about to be shipped. Refer to the shipping section for more details.
  • Updates are only posted when there is progress in a certain GO. Refer to #KStop_Update or check out the masterlist to see if you have missed out on any updates.
  • All information regarding lapags are in the tweets themselves or in the terms and conditions. Should you have any further questions, kindly DM us for clarification.
  • Ordering from us means full agreement and compliance of our terms and conditions, so only fill out the order form if you are 200% sure of your orders and will pay the item on or before the given DOP.

FOR PRE-/GROUP ORDERS, YANGDO, MERCARI & PASABUYS
  • No cancellation after submitting the order form and/or order confirmation.
  • Always DOUBLE CHECK your order form before submission. There will be NO alterations or change of orders allowed unless there are additional orders and/or discrepancies.
FOR YANGDO, MERCARI AND PAHANAP ORDERS
  • ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!
  • All payments are PAYO unless stated.
  • Buyer must pay immediately after the OC is sent unless DOP is stated.
  • No refunds unless the items are out of stock or not secured successfully.
  • KR/JP sellers do not usually send other photos, videos and conditions aside from the ones in their listing.
  • We are not liable if the seller/s ends up being a scammer and refunds will not be provided. We will, however, do our best to secure proofs from KR/JP sellers.
  • Any balances should still be paid despite the unfortunate scam.
  • Again, ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK.
PAYMENT, LATE FEES AND CANCELLATION
CANCELLATIONS
  • Strictly NO CANCELLATION of orders once order form is submitted for pre-orders, group orders, yangdo, mercari, and other pahanaps.
  • You may find someone to take your slot and pay for your item, or you may pay for the cancellation fee which is 30% of your total order amount. If not paid, we will post as bogus buyers or joy reservers.
  • If you have a pasalo, kindly inform us immediately so we can update the masterlist.
PAYMENTS
  • Now that we have the website, you may check your order status in your account and upload proof of payments there. Make sure you don’t delete any payment proofs you upload.
  • Our payment details are available in the masterlist and the order confirmation email.
  • Pay only through the mode of payments provided by K-Stop Shop. This is to easily track and confirm payments.
  • Buyer must pay on or before the specified deadline of payment.
  • All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the item is out of stock, or there was an issue with the parcel involving our shop.
PAYMENT SCHEME FOR PRE-ORDERS AND GROUP ORDERS
  • Payment scheme – down payment (DP) and deadline of payment (DOP) for remaining balance (rembal) is stated in the X (Twitter) post and item page.

  • PAYO or up to 24 hours upon receiving the item checkout link, OC, or updated masterlist unless otherwise stated
LATE FEES AND NON-PAYMENT
  • Should you fail to meet the deadline, a late fee of ₱50 per day will be incurred until the balance is settled.
  • There is a 14-day grace period per deadline for you to pay your balance + late fee.
  • Any buyer who fails to pay within the grace period will be posted as a bogus buyer and will be blacklisted from our shop.
PROOF OF PAYMENT
  • Always submit your proof of payment through the payment form in your website account or the payment form provided by K-STOP SHOP.
  • NO PROOF = NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
  • NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT = NO SHIPMENT
ETA, SHIPPING FEE AND PACKAGING FEE
ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL (ETA)
  • ETA of boxes is 4-6 weeks after the box pick up from Korean address, unless stated as Fast ETA.
  • Please note this does not include the time that the box is being filled up.
  • ETAs are stated in the tweets and in the masterlist. Unexpected delays (e.g. customs, holidays, typhoons, etc.) may happen so please manage your expectations.
SHIPPING
  • NO RUSH SHIPPING!
  • Our official local shipping schedule is Saturdays and Sundays.
  • We have three standards mode of delivery: J&T, SCO, and SDD. However, you can request a courier of your choice.
  • Priority is given to same-day deliveries around Cavite/Metro Manila area.
  • For PO, GO, MC, YD, and PAS, we will pack and sort the items within 1-2- weeks after arriving in our PH Address. Sorting time may depend on the quantity of orders, so we highly ask for your patience.
  • Tracking numbers will be updated in the masterlist and in your account once available.
  • If you have multiple orders, let us know if you want to consolidate your items.
  • We will send you photos to show all your items, and will inform you if there are any damages before shipping.
  • The buyer has until Friday before the ship out to inform the shop whether their order is complete or not.

  • No refunds unless the items are out of stock or not secured successfully.
  • We also do not offer returns or exchange for all merchandise since the items are direct from Korean suppliers. 
  • In the case that the shop is at fault, an unedited unboxing video is required if filing a claim for the condition of items once it has arrived to you.
  • Upload your unboxing video in a Google Drive and send the link of the video to the shop.
  • Claims without an unedited unboxing video shall be considered void.
LOST/DAMAGED PARCELS
  • The shop should NOT BE HELD LIABLE for the delays, loss, or damages caused by the couriers – both local and international.
  • Rest assured that we will pack your orders safely on our end.
  • We also do not offer refunds for lost/damaged parcels.
REMINDERS
THE SHOP RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR REFUSE ANY ORDER AT ANY REASON AT ANY TIME.
Submitting the order form means that the buyer agrees to all terms and conditions of the shop.
